Return Policy

All sales are final. We have a 10day return policy.

How does it work?

Within 10 days of receipt of the product if you are unsatisfied with the product and want to return it then simply

Chat with our customer care team and inform regarding the same.

The customer care team will arrange a return shipment for you (Please send the original packaging, wrapped safely to avoid any damage in transit).

​

Please note shipping amount worth Rs.150 will be deducted from your purchase amount. 

 

Post receiving the return package our Quality Assurance team will check the product.

​

After the returned product is approved by our team we go ahead and send u a refund.

 

Please Note:

Customised jewelery (including personalised/ Custom design products) are not eligible for an exchange/returns.

Exchange/returns due to incorrect size provided by the customer will not be accepted - if you're unsure about your ring size get in touch with our experts at +91 7013060844they will guide you well.

Any item that shows sign of Damage/Wear & Tear/ ALTERED in any way will not be covered under the exchange policy.

The product should be accompanied by the original product and packaging to be covered under the exchange policy.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are available on all products, provided it is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued to the customer - within 24 - 48 hours.
